Fran Labuschagne loves cooking good food and eating a lot of dessert. She’s based in sunny South Africa and works as a freelance illustrator & animator. Fran enjoys exploring the world with her husband and can be found travelling to a different country every year.
Her creations are often inspired by playful themes and there’s always a dash of humour thrown into the mix. While working towards her BA Degree in Graphic Design she developed a love of illustration and decided to focus her studies on this subject.
She continued to play around with animation at the same time and now specialises in both creative disciplines. She has since gained four years’ experience working as an illustrator for a range of companies and loves creating characters with lots of eye-catching colour.
