Seattle-based Chi Michalski loves food; making, eating, sharing and talking about it. She’s constantly curious about what’s on other people’s plates, so long tables, good company and small plates of tapas is her idea of heaven.

Oh, and she’s the creator of ChiChiLand where magical creatures are born using a mixture of modern and traditional methods. With a background in performing arts, Chi still regularly dances and studies movement whenever she can.

Chi was one half of the creative duo behind Istanbul’s premiere motion design studio ‘Imago’ and her unique style of illustration and texture design is inspired in equal parts by nature, urban culture and folk art.
